On Thursday January 23, 2014, we hosted a human trafficking awareness event featuring Christian legal expert, E. Christopher Johnson, then graduate program corporate law and finance director at Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Professor Johnson formerly served as vice president and general counsel for GM North America and now labors as Interim Board President of the Michigan Abolitionist Project. He also serves as co-chair of the Community Committee of the State of Michigan Human Trafficking Task Force and is an elder at NorthRidge Church in Plymouth. He was joined by his wife Rhonda, a Senior Vice President for Comerica Loan Center and Treasurer for the Michigan Abolitionist Project. In addition to the audio recording, a downloadable PDF of their presentation is available below.
